I think ON is a decent company and they make great products, and this is no exception. I just didnt think glutamine as a supplement helped me. I included this in my routine (I've only been training for a year and a half) and didnt notice anything more than I would have without it. I was gaining steadily before I tried glutamine and I continued at the same pace during the 2 months that I tried it. If amino acids are your thing try BCAA's. They're supposedly more effective. As for me, it's back to whey as my only supplement.

I bought AS-IT-IS Nutrition L-Glutamine from Amazon, Packaging was great. And Products was perfect as said in Packaging.
It contains no added preservatives. L Glutamine is in powder form in this product. It is good to take 5 grams of L Glutamine with your regular protein powder to help protect muscle tissues Pre-Post workout or any exercises.

Price is also low compared to other L Glutamine Supplements in the market. As with L Glutamine, effects of excess glutamine rarely cause problems. But if you are using it for long time then it is advisable to use with Supplements of Vitamin B.

As I like products with Non-Additive and Non-Preservative Supplement this is great for people like me.
